About HVAC Oakesdale: Heating and Cooling Done Right the First Time
We are a local heating and cooling company that works on furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps and mini-splits. Our way is simple. We find out what is actually wrong before we change a single part, so you pay for one fix and not three guesses.

Why We Test Before We Replace
A lot of HVAC calls end with a new part and the same problem a week later. A furnace that keeps shutting off might have a bad flame sensor. It might also have a clogged filter, a blocked vent or a failing pressure switch. Swap the wrong one and you are out the money and still cold.
So we slow down at the start. We check airflow, measure temperatures, look at the electrical side and read what the system is telling us. Then we show you what we found and explain it in plain words. If a photo helps, we take one.
Before any work begins, you get a written quote. If you called us for a repair, the diagnostic fee is credited toward that repair. Estimates are free on installations and replacements. No emergency or after-hours fees, either, so a night call does not cost more than a Tuesday morning one.
How We Run Every Job
- 01
Cause first, parts second
We do not guess with your money. A part gets replaced when testing points to it, not because it is the usual suspect.
- 02
A straight repair-or-replace answer
Some systems are worth fixing for years yet. Some are not. We tell you which one you have and why, and we let you decide. If a heat pump makes sense, we can help you claim Avista rebates and federal tax credits.
- 03
Respect for your home
We lay down covers where we walk, keep the work area tidy and haul away old parts. Outside units get the same care, including the ground around them.
- 04
Help when it breaks at a bad hour
We take calls 24/7 for no-heat and no-cooling problems. The same careful testing happens at 2 a.m. as it does at noon.
Where We Work
We are based in Oakesdale, WA, and we serve homes across the Palouse and the Spokane area. That includes Colfax, Pullman, Moscow, Cheney, Spokane Valley, Liberty Lake, Medical Lake, Spokane, Airway Heights and Otis Orchards-East Farms.
Cold winters and hot, dry summers are hard on equipment here, so we see a lot of worn igniters, tired capacitors and dirty coils. Regular tune-ups catch most of that early. Our maintenance plans start at $14.99 a month and include tune-ups, repair discounts and priority scheduling.
